When was the last time you acted?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 24, 2008:
I'm in the midst of rehearsals right now!
But the last time I performed was in April at the State Competition for Destination Imagination.
Destination Imagination is essentally a creativity contest for students. Our task was to create an eight minute skit about a secret and design set pieces that would come together to help reveal the secret.
Our skit was about a wannabe Humphrey Bogart detective. We won first place at state level.
I thought about writing a big long personal explanation of why this experience ws so important to me, but I don't know how to put it into words right now.
people are beautiful and they will always let you down and you are capable of much more than you might give yourself credit for! is what i think it would have boiled down to.
also it was fairly exciting to refer to myself as state champion of anything, even if nobody else wanted to recognize it!
